FORECLOSURE – I want one of those!
I just got an email from a customer who says he specifically wants to search for foreclosures, short sales, and pre-foreclosures in a certain zip code. The beauty of today’s technology is that I can set up a search with EXACTLY the criteria that you’re looking for INCLUDING whether or not it’s a distressed sale.
So, you’re looking for a 4BR/3BA home in the “exactly what I”m looking for” neighborhood with a two car garage, a minimum of 3,000 square feet AND you don’t want it unless it’s a distressed property – Shazaam! I set up the search, you get an email about it the day it’s listed and you can be the first one in line (other than the listing agent’s own customers)!

I am interested in any good buys in the Ortega, Avondale or Riverside area. We may relocate, if we can find something that suits us. We want a small home, around 1800 sq. ft. or less and one that does not have an expansive yard, although we do need room for our dog and one child. We would prefer to be in the Ortega area near St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. We would be flexible on the size of the house and yard if the price is right and we will probably be looking at short sales and foreclosures as well. Thanks!
