Broadview Terrace
Broadview Terrace
Broadview Terrace is one of two “Broadview” buildings located along the banks of the St. Johns River. The address is 1560 Lancaster Street and it’s sister building, Broadview Towers is located at 1596 Lancaster Street.
Built in 1962, Broadview Terrace has 16 floors with covered parking to the left of the building. Several owners have combined units and a few occupy an entire floor. The two buildings share a pool that’s located between the two buildings as well as a tennis court.
The building is located in the increasingly popular Riverside neighborhood of Jacksonville, FL and offers walking distance to many local restaurants as well as a very quick commute to downtown.
