Villa Riva is among Jacksonville’s premiere addresses. Built in 2005 during the height of the Real Estate Boom, as soon as the units were “released” by the developer, they were snapped up and the building quickly sold out.

Divided into three towers with two units per floor of each tower which gives each floor a real sense of luxury and privacy. The “01″ units face downtown and the “06″ units are on the opposite end of the builidng next to St. Vincents hospital.
